Untouched wildlife, amazing nature, historical treasures, nomadic civilization and unique lifestyles are the main attractions throughout this journey.


Day 1 Ulaanbaatar
Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to hotel • Explore the city, including the Museum of Natural History.

Day 2 Lake Hagyn Har
Transfer to the airport for helicopter tour • Flight to lake Hagyn Har • Leisure time for trekking, hiking and photography.

Day 3 Hodoo Aral
Flight to Hodoo Aral camp • Enjoy free time fur hiking and photographing the charming landscape and prehistoric rock pictures • Explore historic sites connected with Chingis Khan and visit local nomads.

Day 4 Middle Gobi
Flight to Middle Gobi camp • Visit a camel breeder's camp and go for an optional camel riding excursion • Tour a local Buddhist temple.

Day 5 South Gobi
Flighl to South Gobi camp • Trip to Yol Valley National Park • Photo safari and picnic lunch • In the afternoon, tour the Flaming Cliffs and explore Mongolia's famous dinosaur fossil discovery site.

Day 6 Karakorum
Flight to Karakorum • Tour Erdene Zuu Monastery, built on the ruins of Karakorum. the seat of the Mongolian Empire in the 13th century • In the evening, visit a local horse breeder's camp to enjoy horseback riding and to sample Airag, the national drink of fermented mare's milk.

Day 7 Amarbayasgalant Monastery
Flight to Amarbayasgalant Monastery • Tour Amarbayasgalant, a 400 year old Monastery featuring an exceptional collection of Buddhist arts and iconography.

Day 8 Ulaanbaatar
Flight to Ulaanbaatar • After refreshments, tour of Gandan Monastery, the largest Buddhist center in Mongolia, followed by a visit to the Fine Arts Museum • Visit the Bogd Gegen Palace, home of the last Mongolian Khan, featuring an illuminating display of the lifestyle of Mongolian nobility at the turn of the century.

Day 9 Departure
Transfer for departure.
